Finance, budgets and management control: the jobs that run a field agency from the inside
In field acquisition, people talk a lot about field experts, managers and tools like FieldIQ™. What gets mentioned less is the team that makes all of it financially viable.
At Tawkr, that's the Finance team. Three people whose work is as essential as it is discreet: ensuring client budgets are respected, franchise finances are rigorously managed, and the company itself moves forward on solid ground.
This September, we continue our team introductions with Ilyess, Stéphane and Rayane, who has just joined the team as an Accountant.

Ilyess — CFO
Ilyess oversees all of Tawkr's finances. His role covers accounting and financial management, franchise budget oversight, and coordination with external financial partners.
In an agency like Tawkr, the financial dimension is complex: client campaign budgets, the agency's own finances, and the financial indicators of franchises operating under the Tawkr model. Ilyess ensures all of it is readable, consistent and well managed.
Outside the office: he loves numbers so much he trusts them to give the illusion of being in control of everything. An avid traveller, he always comes back with more stories than photos. And a motto that says it all: "If you've got credit, you can tell by the debit."
Stéphane — Management Controller
Stéphane ensures coherence between Tawkr's financial objectives and operational reality. His work involves analysing performance, identifying gaps, producing dashboards that enable informed decisions, and ensuring management indicators are understood and used by teams.
In a field acquisition agency, management control plays a particular role: tracking campaign profitability, anticipating budget adjustments, and giving decision-makers the right figures at the right time.
Outside the office: for his career, he traded his guitar for a calculator — but the rigour never changed. On a tennis court or watching Roland Garros, he doesn't miss a ball, and he applies the same precision to every budget. He never lets go until everything is in order.
Rayane — Accountant
Rayane joined the Finance team this week. As an accountant, he strengthens a team whose role is central to the smooth running of Tawkr and its franchise network.
Welcome to him.
Why a solid finance team is essential in a field agency
A field acquisition agency like Tawkr manages complex financial realities. Campaigns are multi-client, multi-territory, and involve teams whose performances vary in real time. Add to this the franchise model, which requires specific financial monitoring for each entity.
Without a finance team managing all of this rigorously, it's impossible to guarantee the company's health, transparency with clients, or the investment capacity to keep developing tools and teams.
That's what Ilyess and Stéphane do. Quietly, precisely. Knowing that behind every figure is a campaign, a team, and a client waiting for results.
