Meet the Team Tawkr: the Data team introduces itself

Throughout September, Tawkr is introducing the teams that make the agency. We start with the one that, behind the scenes, turns what happens at 100 doors a day into exploitable intelligence: the Data team.

Maxime, Shirley, Justine and Arta. Four profiles, four backgrounds, one mission — making sure field data never gets lost between the terrain and the decision.

Maxime — Data & Projects Manager

Maxime orchestrates data at Tawkr. His role: ensuring the information collected in the field by field experts via FieldIQ™ is processed, structured and available for campaign decisions.

He led the development of FieldIQ™ with Luminos, Tawkr's Romanian technical partner — a five-month sprint, a non-negotiable deadline, and a trip to Bucharest in December at -10°.

Outside the office: too tall to fit in the frame, he lives at his cat's place — the cat never asked for any of this. Between a home-cooked recipe and a glass of wine, he loves to practise sport... on TV.

Shirley — Data Steward & Engineer

Shirley ensures the quality, consistency and reliability of the data flowing through Tawkr's systems. Concretely, she makes sure what comes out of FieldIQ™ is clean, structured and exploitable — at the right scale, for the right decision-makers.

Outside the office: encyclopaedic knowledge of K-Pop lyrics and the latest K-Drama releases. C1 certified in Franglish. And her data pipelines never lose anything in translation.

Justine — BI Developer & internal tools lead

Justine transforms raw data into visualisations readable by everyone — curves, charts, dashboards. Her goal: that anyone on the team, whether a campaign manager or commercial director, understands what they're looking at without needing a data science PhD.

She's also Tawkr's internal tools lead — training and supporting teams on internal tools, and particularly on FieldIQ™.

Outside the office: passionate tennis player. Formidable BI developer. And owner of our favourite colleague, Sticky, who has understood that the ball is sacred.

Arta — Data Steward & Engineer

Arta works alongside Shirley on data quality and structure. Rigour, precision, reliability — the qualities you need in a good data engineer are exactly what Arta brings every day.

Outside the office: from Latvia all the way to Lille, with a hockey stick and a data mastery that leaves you speechless.
