Tawkr wins the EcoVadis Silver Medal 2026: 74/100, top 15%

After months of collective effort, dedication, and rigour, Tawkr has received the results of its EcoVadis assessment for March 2026. The result: a Silver Medal, with an overall score of 74 out of 100, placing the company in the top 15% of businesses assessed by EcoVadis over the past twelve months.

What is the EcoVadis assessment?

EcoVadis is one of the world's most recognised CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) rating platforms. It enables companies to measure and demonstrate their commitment to sustainability across four key themes: environment, social & human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.

Achieving a Silver Medal means Tawkr is recognised as a committed organisation whose CSR practices significantly exceed the average for companies assessed in its sector.

A score that reflects concrete commitments

The score of 74/100 is the measurable result of the many initiatives already in place across the company.

On the environmental front (80/100), Tawkr demonstrated an outstanding environmental policy, with quantitative targets on energy consumption and GHG emissions. Concrete measures include: reducing energy consumption in IT infrastructure and lighting systems, conducting energy and carbon audits, reusing IT equipment, and reducing internal waste.

On the social & human rights front (73/100), assessors noted comprehensive policies covering working conditions, health and safety, training, and the prevention of harassment and discrimination. The concrete actions deployed also achieved the maximum score of 100/100 in the "Measures" category.

On the ethics front (79/100), THE FIRM ORGANISATION stands out for its advanced policies on anti-corruption, fraud prevention, information security and conflicts of interest, supported by awareness training and formalised incident procedures.

On sustainable procurement (62/100), initial steps have been taken, with CSR criteria integrated into purchasing processes for certain product and service categories.

Carbon management at an intermediate level

The carbon assessment scorecard, which is rated separately, places THE FIRM ORGANISATION at an intermediate level, confirming that the foundations are in place: a carbon footprint established, scope covering all operations, and documented reporting on Scopes 1, 2 and 3.

Next steps on this front include defining absolute reduction targets for each scope, integrating science-based objectives (SBTi), and strengthening the evaluation of carbon initiatives to ensure they deliver the expected results.

What's next?

This result is an encouraging milestone, but THE FIRM ORGANISATION's ambition doesn't stop here. Several areas for progress have been identified for the coming months: defining clear and public emissions reduction targets across Scopes 1, 2 and 3; developing sustainable procurement practices including a supplier code of conduct, CSR evaluation in partner selection, and procurement team training; structuring CSR reporting in line with recognised standards (GRI, ESRS, IFRS), with a view to external verification; and further engaging teams through energy-saving training and climate awareness.

This score is the result of a collective commitment. It belongs to everyone who, day in day out, helps make Tawkr a responsible business. The next assessment will be an opportunity to go even further.

The EcoVadis assessment of THE FIRM ORGANISATION was published on 18 March 2026 and is valid until 18 March 2027.
